- The discount for Café Football is valid at Manchester and London branch.
- Cardmembers will need to inform Hotel Football if they are utilising Maybank Discount upon room reservation.
- Room stay promotion is only valid when booked directly with the hotel. Offer is not valid through any third party sites
- Promotion is not valid with any other discounts and offers.
Frequent Asked Questions:
a) How is the 20% discount given to our customers?
It is given when they book and call up reservations and quote the Maybank Offer –
either they are a Maybank Card Holder or Manchester United Cardholder.
If the guest does not state they are wanting to take advantage of the offer then
this would not be automatically added. Payment then is to be made with Maybank
Cards.
b) How about those customers booked the rooms via website (booking.com, agoda.com, tripadvisor.com, will they get the discounts if they pay using Maybank credit cards?
Only booking that come direct to the hotel are eligible for the discount.
Reservation and stating that you are using the Maybank promo need to be made
upfront. Guest who wish to take advantage of the discount would need to call
Hotel Football directly or email and inform at the time of booking rather than
afterwards.
If yes, is the payment process been automated for the discounts?
No it is manually added.
- Promotion is valid from 19 September 2014 to 31 December 2015
- Payment must be made with a Maybank Card.
- Valid for all Maybank Credit and Debit Cards issued in Malaysia, Indonesia (BII), Philippines and Brunei only.
- Not applicable for Maybank Cardmembers in Singapore.
