B. Merchant’s General Terms & Conditions:

• Hotel Reservation Terms and Conditions
• Reservation(s) & room preference(s) is subject to room availability and is not applicable on black-out dates stipulated by RWS. Confirmation is subject to availability.
• Normal room occupancy of 2 persons.
• No refund will be made for cancellation of the booking/no-show by guest.
• Not valid in conjunction with other promotional offers.
• The check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is by 11am.
• Guests checking in must be at least 21 years of age and all overnight guests must be registered at the Reception Desk. All non-registered guests/visitors shall not be permitted to stay in guest rooms beyond 11pm.
• Check in during the peak hours between 3pm to 4pm might require a waiting time of about 30 minutes.
• Guest room preference will be subject to availability upon check-in. Request for early check in will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in.
• Complimentary Hotel Facilities (gym and pool) where applicable are for the exclusive use of registered guests only.
• RWS reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
• RWS reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
