Decommission of the Classic Maybank2u website

Starting 20 January 2024, the Own Account Transfer service on the Classic site will be permanently moved to the current Maybank2u web.

You will soon no longer be able to access the Classic site, as all services on the Classic site will have been permanently moved to the current Maybank2u web. This is part of our continuous effort to enhance your online banking experience.

Make the switch to the current Maybank2u web today as it has all the Classic site features and more. Rest assured you can still log in to your Maybank2u account using your existing username and password.

In 2018, Maybank launched a new and improved Maybank2u website to provide you with a more simplified online banking experience.    Yes, your online banking and account details will remain the same. Your favourite billers/payees/transfers saved in the past are also available automatically.

6. Do I need to set up my favourite transfers and bill payments again?
   No. All your favourite transactions saved are automatically made available on the current Maybank2u.
7. Do I need to set up my recurring payments and transfers again?
   No, the recurring details you’ve saved are automatically available on the current Maybank2u website.
8. Do I need to update my Internet browser to use the current Maybank2u website?
