SME Property & Business Financing/-i [Zero Entry Cost (ZEC) Campaign]

Purchase your new commercial or industrial property with property financing and get additional working capital at the same time.

The Zero Entry Cost Property and Business Financing/-i allows you to finance or refinance up to 150% of the value of your new or existing property and enjoy savings from legal costs and property valuation fees of up to 2% or RM30,000, whichever is lower.

Eligibility


  • Sole proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership & Private Ltd Company
  • Registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), authorities or district offices in Sabah and Sarawak or statutory bodies for professional service providers
  • Business in operation for at least 3 years
  • Completed commercial and industrial property(s) only

Total Available Fund


RM15.0 Million from 17 October 2022 until 30 September 2023 or upon exhaustion of allocation, whichever is earlier
