• Do I need to set up a new Maybank2u access for this?
  No, you may login with your existing username and password.
• Is it safe to perform transactions on the new Maybank2u?
  Yes, we can assure you that it is safe to make transactions. The new Maybank2u is built with the same security standards as the existing website.
• That’s great! What are the changes that you have done to Maybank2u?
  We have reimagined the existing Maybank2u to make it simpler and more personalised for you. You can expect a brand new online banking experience with newly added features. 
• What will happen to all the accounts and billers that I have saved as favourites?
  You don’t have to worry; all the information that you have saved on the existing Maybank2u will remain unchanged. This includes favourite billers and accounts.
• Where can I find the menus such as 'Card Management', 'Utilities' or  'Manage non-Maybank Cards'?

• Can I still access my account from the existing Maybank2u website once the new site is launched?
  Yes, you can access the classic Maybank2u website by clicking on the yellow button 'Back to the Classic Maybank2u'. Please be informed that the classic Maybank2u website will be phased out in the future.
• So, do I need to update my Internet browser to use it?
  Yes, you are required to update your browser to the latest version to get the best Maybank2u experience and to ensure a faster and improved online banking experience.
