Please be informed that effective 22 June 2019, Instant Card Issuance (ICI) service at the respective Maybank Card Centres/Branches will be discontinued as per below:

• Maybank Card Centre One Utama
• Maybank Card Centre KLCC
• Maybank Card Centre Garden
• Maybank Card Centre KL Main
• Maybank Bukit Bintang branch
• Maybank JB Main branch

Card Issuance will now take up to 3 business days from the date of approval. Cards can be collected at the branch or couriered to the Cardmember’s billing address.
