Maybank branches nationwide to operate by appointment only from 2 June 2021

Dear Valued Customers,

In view of the critical pandemic situation, our branches will be operating by appointment only from 2 June 2021, while some branches will be temporarily closed, until further notice. This move is needed to support the ongoing efforts to curb the Covid-19 transmission, and safeguard our customers and employees.

Appointments can be made online via Maybank EzyQ on the MAE app and Maybank2u web here. For assistance on Maybank EzyQ, please contact our Maybank Group Customer Care centre at 1-300-88-6688.

Meanwhile, customers with existing appointments may still visit the branches as scheduled. Senior citizens, people with disabilities and expectant mothers will continue to be served and enjoy priority services even without appointments.

During this period, our branches will be operating from 9:30am to 2:00pm. To find out which branches are currently operating, please click here.

For lengthy transactions such as ASNB Account Opening, Business Account Opening and Bulk Remittance Payments, we would encourage you to use the “Drop n Go” method available at the branches to further reduce physical interaction. With “Drop n Go”, you can drop off your documentation in special boxes and then be contacted to confirm or complete the transaction.

Alternatively, you can also perform your essential banking via Maybank2u or the MAE app from the safety and comfort of your homes.
