Change of Customer Service operating hours
Dear valued customers,
Please be informed that with the recent spike in COVID-19 cases, Maybank will be revising its Customer Service operating hours to 9am - 6pm, from Mondays to Fridays, effective 14 February 2022.
The team will however still continue to operate 24/7 for critical services such as lost or stolen cards, fraud related issues, ATM / self-service terminal queries, and Maybank2u password related matters.
