Transitioning to Monthly Electronic Statements for Personal and Business Current Accounts

We wish to inform you that, effective 1st October 2024, Maybank/Maybank Islamic will no longer deliver physical bank statements for Personal and Business Current Accounts and will transition to electronic statements (e-Statements). This transition is part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing paper consumption.

You can easily access your monthly e-Statements through Maybank’s online banking or have them sent to your registered email. To access your monthly e-Statements online:

Please note that customers with a registered email will automatically receive e-Statements. If you have not received the e-Statement or need to update your email, please contact us or visit any Maybank/Maybank Islamic branches.
