Register Phone Banking

Timeframe: Immediate

  • Insert ATM card & Pin number
  • At Main Menu select Maybank2u/Phone Banking
  • Select Phone Banking Application
  • Accept T&C
  • Enter 6 digit PIN
  • Re-confirm 6 digit PIN

  • Dial 1300-88-6688
  • Choose Language
  • Press 0 (To Speak to Call Centre Agent)
  • Press 3 (Banking)
  • Request to Register Maybank Phone Banking via Customer Service

 

Branch

Timeframe: Immediate

  • Visit any Maybank branch
  • Provide MyKad for identification
  • Upon successful verification, sign on the Electronic Banking Services form
  • Staff will issue access number
  • Key in the PIN in the Pin Pad/ Smart Terminal

 

Reactivation/Reset of MPB Service

  • Choose Language
  • Press 0 (To Speak to Call Centre Agent)
  • Call Centre Agent to verify caller identity
  • Upon successful verification, call centre agent to activate the phone banking service
  • Retry with the existing PIN

  • Provide ATM card/MPB access number and MyKad/Passport to identify the customer
  • Upon successful verification, branch staff will activate the phone banking service
  • Retry with the existing PIN
