- At Main Menu select Maybank2u/Phone Banking
- Select Phone Banking Application
- Accept T&C
- Enter 6 digit PIN
- Re-confirm 6 digit PIN

- Dial 1300-88-6688
- Choose Language
- Press 0 (To Speak to Call Centre Agent)
- Press 3 (Banking)
- Request to Register Maybank Phone Banking via Customer Service
Branch
Timeframe: Immediate
- Visit any Maybank branch
- Provide MyKad for identification
- Upon successful verification, sign on the Electronic Banking Services form
- Staff will issue access number
- Key in the PIN in the Pin Pad/ Smart Terminal
Reactivation/Reset of MPB Service

- Choose Language
- Press 0 (To Speak to Call Centre Agent)
- Call Centre Agent to verify caller identity
- Upon successful verification, call centre agent to activate the phone banking service
- Retry with the existing PIN

- Provide ATM card/MPB access number and MyKad/Passport to identify the customer
- Upon successful verification, branch staff will activate the phone banking service
- Retry with the existing PIN
Forgot MPB PIN
