- Proceed to Maybank Debit Kiosk – refer to list of locations
- Select Language
- Select Debit Card Replacement
- Insert existing debit card and key in PIN
- Select Card type
- Insert MyKad
- Place thumb on the scanner for verification
- Collect the new MyDebit card

- Login to Maybank2u
- Select Card Management
- Select ATM/Debit Card
- Verify mailing address and Accept the T&C
- Follow the instructions

- Visit any nearest Maybank branch
- Staff will proceed to replace to new MyDebit card
