Type of vehicle

Newly registered battery – powered Electric Vehicle (BEV) or Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle  (PHVE) for private use.

Age of vehicle

0-1 year

(not applicable for reconditioned vehicles)

Prior to making a claim, please ensure you have prepared the following documents:

  • A copy of the police report that is lodged within twenty-four (24) hours of the incident
  • Original invoice(s) or receipt(s) for the expenses incurred
  • A snapshot of the damages to the EV home charger
