E-Vouchers Qualifying Criteria

• Participants must be either new or existing Privilege customers during the Maybank Privilege Financial Wellness campaign period (26.08.2024-13.09.2024).
• Participants must enrol in any of the featured products under the Supercharge Campaign: Investment, Insurance, Deposit & MIGA-i during the Maybank Privilege Financial Wellness campaign period (26.08.2024-13.09.2024).
• Customers who sign up for at least one product upon joining Privilege will receive one voucher.
• Privilege customers can receive multiple BIG Pharmacy vouchers if they enrol in more than one featured product.
• Vouchers will be issued within 3 working days after the transaction is completed.
• Each transaction qualifies as one entry into the ‘ShopBig’
• Similarly, customers can earn multiple entries into the ‘ShopBig’ Challenge by making multiple transactions during the Maybank Privilege Financial Wellness campaign period.

E-Vouchers Redemption

• E-vouchers are based on a first come, first serve basis, limited to the first 1,200 customers.
• E-vouchers will be distributed by your dedicated Personal Financial Advisor (PFA).
• E-vouchers can be used at all Big Pharmacy physical outlets and online e-Store.
• E-vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issuance, between August 26, 2024, and September 13, 2024.
• All Denominations are in Ringgit Malaysia.
• E-voucher is to be used within the stipulated period.
• E-voucher is valid only for use in exchange of goods at BIG Pharmacy outlets and online store.
• E-voucher is not-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen or expired.
• E-voucher is not exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
• E-voucher can be used to purchase any items, including promotional items.
• E-voucher requires NO MINIMUM SPEND and is stackable in a single receipt.

ShopBig Challenge

• Winners for the ‘ShopBIG’ Challenge will be selected from participants during the Maybank Privilege Financial Wellness campaign period, based on a lucky draw basis.
• Winners will be notified and announced through their dedicated Personal Financial Advisor (PFA) within 15 working days following the conclusion of the Maybank Privilege Financial Wellness campaign on September 13, 2024.
• Winners must be available to attend the ‘ShopBig’ Challenge event at the specified Big Pharmacy Outlet.
• If a winner fails to respond or cannot attend, the slot will be given to the next lucky winner.
• Each winner will enjoy a 1-minute shopping spree at a specified Big Pharmacy Outlet on a date and time determined after the winner draws.
• Maybank is not the supplier of the Campaign Rewards and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability and/or the fitness for purpose of the gifts provided and shall not be responsible for any defect or any other loss or damage that may be suffered in connection with the Campaign Rewards.
