If you are a permanent employee:

  • Copy of NRIC (both sides) AND
  • Latest 1 month salary slip OR
  • Latest EA form OR

  • Latest 3 months' savings account activity/current account statements (optional)

If you are self-employed:

  • Copy of NRIC (both sides) AND

Fees & Charges

  • No processing or stamping fees.
  • Late payment Charges:- 1%p.a on the amount in arrears, calculated from overdue date till date of full monthly payment.
  • Early settlement fees:- RM200 or a sum equivalent to 3% of the outstanding balance of the loan whichever is higher. Only applies for settlement within the first half of the loan repayment tenure.
  • No early settlement fees for early settlement of Maybank Islamic Personal Financing-i.
