- Payment must be made with a Maybank American Express® Card.
- Spend a minimum of RM500 at 1 Utama Shopping Centre (maximum 3 combined receipts) to redeem one (1) lucky dip. Maximum one (1) lucky dip per Cardmember per day.
- Lucky dip is applicable for all weekends (Saturday & Sunday) only including Public Holidays from 16 November 2024 until 27 April 2025.
- Redemption can be made the next day for transactions done after redemption closing hours except on the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
- Lucky dip is only applicable for purchases made on the same day at the mall, excluding car wash, bill payments, reload cards and money changers.
- Lucky dip gift cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions/offers, coupons/vouchers or loyalty/privilege cards.
- Cardmember is required to present the Maybank American Express Card used for the transaction during lucky dip for verification purposes.
