How to register a merchant?

Follow these quick steps to onboard yourself as a new merchant:

Step 1: Download and launch the Maybank QRPayBiz app

Step 2: Tap ‘Register’ and proceed to create your account

Step 3: Choose your Maybank bank account (current, savings or business account) to receive payments.

Step 4: Complete your business details and you’re approved!

Step 5: Display your MAE DuitNow QR and successfully receive 20 unique DuitNow QR transactions within the campaign period to be eligible.

How to purchase Maybank QRPay Soundbox?

Upon campaign completion1, eligible merchants will receive a unique promo code2 via email to purchase Maybank QRPay Soundbox at RM50.

Step 1: Launch your MAE app and go to ‘Sama-Sama Lokal’

Step 2: Search for ‘Naga Plus Resources’ and select the desired Maybank QRPay Soundbox

Step 3: Enter your unique promo code

Step 4: Review the details and proceed with payment

Step 5: You will receive a call from Naga Plus Resources within 30 working days to approve integration of your Soundbox with your QRPayBiz app. Your Soundbox will be delivered after integration.

Important Notes:

  1. Within 60 working days of campaign completion.
  2. Your unique promo code will be valid for 30 days
  3. Naga Plus Resources is the authorised vendor for delivery, deployment and maintenance of the soundbox

Terms & Conditions

  1. Campaign period is from 15 April 2025 - 15 June 2025
  2. This campaign is only applicable on the Maybank QRPayBiz app.
  3. Eligible Merchants shall be entitled to purchase Maybank QRPay Soundbox at RM50 upon completion of the following during the campaign period:
    1. Successfully complete the merchant registration and onboarding process via the Maybank QRPayBiz app
    2. Link your Maybank Current, Savings or Business account as a default account
    3. Successfully receive 20 (twenty) unique DuitNow QR transactions within the campaign period (15 April - 15 June 2025)
    4. Upon 60 working days of campaign completion, eligible merchants will receive a unique promo code via email to purchase Maybank QRPay Soundbox at RM50
    5. From the MAE app, search for ‘Sama-Sama Lokal’ in the search bar, type ‘Naga Plus’ to purchase Maybank QRPay Soundbox at RM50
