Maybank customers with individual access and sole proprietor access will be able to link, unlink and switch between their multiple accesses on one device via the MAE app.
To get this new feature, customers are required to update the MAE app to the latest version 0.9.25. This will be available via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and the Huawei AppGallery
Multiple access linking allows you to seamlessly transition between your sole proprietor M2U accounts and your individual M2U account without having to switch between devices, simplifying the management of different accounts.
Customers who have both individual and sole proprietor accesses can link multiple accesses to their MAE app.

Up to 5 M2U accesses can be linked to the MAE app at a time, as shown below:
Yes, you will need to activate Secure2u again via ATM and go through a minimum 12-hour cooling-off period, for each new access added. This will only be applicable for the first time.
It is highly recommended that you link all your accesses and go through the Secure2u registration for all your accounts at the same time as this will reduce the waiting time for the Secure2u approval.

Yes, you can enjoy almost all features of the MAE app as usual. However, you will not be able to:
No, this current update is only for customers who have both individual and sole proprietor access.
No, the app will detect if the access belongs to you based on your registered information with the bank.
No, each M2U access can only be actively linked to one device at a time. If you link the same M2U access on another device, you will be signed out from the current device.
After adding 5 M2U accesses, the link option will be greyed out to indicate that no more accesses can be added on that device. You will need to unlink an existing M2U access prior to adding a new one.
No, there is no limit. The only limit is for linking, which is up to a maximum of 5 M2U accesses.
