Maybank QRPay Soundbox

The Maybank QRPay Soundbox is a device that alerts you of successful payments received through Maybank QRPay. Every time you receive a DuitNow QR payment, the Soundbox will announce the exact amount in the language of your choice and display the amount on its screen.

An internet connection is required to use the Maybank QRPay Soundbox. You can connect the Soundbox via Wi-Fi or mobile network data. Alternatively, you may purchase your own SIM card from a local mobile network provider.

Order the Maybank QRPay Soundbox from Sama-Sama Lokal on the MAE app. Here’s how:

1. Launch your MAE app
2. Go to Sama-Sama Lokal
3. Search for “Naga Plus Resources”
4. Select the desired Maybank QRPay Soundbox
5. Review the details and proceed with payment

Note: Naga Plus Resources Sdn Bhd is the authorised Vendor of the Maybank QRPay Soundbox. Delivery, deployment and maintenance of the Soundbox will be fulfilled by the Vendor.

1. How do I activate the Maybank QRPay Soundbox?
   To start using the Soundbox for the first time, please refer to the User Guide included in the package to set up your device.
2. Is there warranty coverage for the Maybank QRPay Soundbox?
   Yes. There is a hardware warranty for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover physical damages arising from:
   • Moisture or liquid penetration.
   • Wear-and-tear, damages arising from fall, misuse of device, etc.
   • Unauthorised intervention such as repair or modification performed by an unauthorised party.
   Kindly contact the Vendor for further details of the warranty.
3. Can I use the Maybank QRPay Soundbox for other DuitNow QR service providers?
   The Soundbox is only compatible with Maybank QRPay. It cannot be used for other DuitNow QR service providers.
