Perform statutory payments online with Maybank2u

Finding it tedious to go through multiple websites for statutory payments? Now you you can make online payments for EPF, SOCSO, KASTAM and more, all on one platform via Maybank2u or Maybank2u Biz!

For individual or sole proprietorship customers

You can make payments to EPF*, LHDN, Jabatan Kastam Diraja Malaysia (MyGST) via Maybank2u. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to Maybank2u web and go to ‘Pay & Transfer’
  2. Click on ‘Pay’ and select your statutory body payee
  3. Fill in the information and click on ‘Pay’ when you’re ready
  4. Ensure all information is correct
  5. Authorise the transaction via Secure2u and you’re done!


For EPF payments

How to make a contribution

  1. Log in to your Maybank2u account
  2. Go to ‘PAY & TRANSFER’ at the top navigation bar
  3. Beside ‘Pay To’, select ‘Payee’
  4. Click on the ‘New Payment…’ field and search for ‘EPF’
  5. Fill in your transaction details and click on ‘PAY’ when you’re ready
  6. Confirm your details and request for Secure Verification
  7. Authorise the transaction via Secure2u and you’re done!


How to set up recurring monthly contributions

  1. Click on ‘Pay’ and then select pay to ‘Payee’.
  2. Key in ‘EPF’ and then select ‘EPF’
  3. Fill in your details
  4. Toggle the button to ‘Set Recurring’ and then click ‘Pay’
  5. Ensure all the information is correct, then authorise the transaction via Secure2u and you’re done!


*Notes:

  • It will take up to 3 business days for contributions to reflect in the EPF account.
  • Voluntary Contribution is only allowed for EPF members below the age of 75.
  • The maximum limit for accumulated Voluntary Contributions (Self Contribution, i-Saraan Contribution, Account 1 Top-up Savings Contribution) is RM100,000.00 per year.
