*You earn RM0.50 for every day that you meet an end-of-day Tabung balance of RM500 or more. Earnings are credited to your MAE Wallet within 7 days from the day you meet the balance criteria.

For example:

• You have a balance of RM500 on 17 October = RM0.50 will be credited to you by 23 October.
• You have a balance of RM500 on 18 October = RM0.50 will be credited to you by 24 October.

1. Who is eligible to participate in this Campaign?
   All new customers of Maybank, whose first account with Maybank is a MAE Wallet created during the Campaign Period.
   
   
2. I joined Maybank during the campaign period by opening a Savings-i account, am I eligible for the RM10 Welcome Gift or the Tabung Daily Bonus?
   No, to enjoy the offers you must have no prior accounts or other products/services with Maybank.
   
   
3. I signed up for a MAE Wallet during the campaign period but I did not use the JOMMAE code. How do I redeem the RM10 Welcome Gift?
   Sorry, you can only redeem the RM10 if you input the sign-up code JOMMAE during the journey of setting up the MAE Wallet.
   
   
4. When and where do I receive my RM10 Welcome Gift?
   It is credited into your MAE Wallet instantly upon signing up.
   
   
5. What is Secure2u and is it mandatory for me to activate it?
   Secure2u is a security feature on the MAE app that protects your Maybank transactions by linking your device with your Maybank2u account. This allows you to seamlessly approve transactions on both Maybank2u web and the MAE app using your device.
   
   As it is the only method to approve transactions via these platforms, activation of Secure2u is mandatory to use our services.
   
   
6. Why is there a 12-hour cooling period after activating Secure2u before I am able to use Secure2u to approve transactions?
   The 12-hour cooling period is a safeguard that provides users sufficient time to monitor and take action in preventing any unauthorised Secure2u activation or transactions.
   
   
7. I had opened up a ‘Travel’ category Tabung instead of ‘Coin Jar’. Can I still get the Daily Bonus?
   No, only MAE Tabungs started under the ‘Coin Jar’ category are eligible.
   
   
8. How many days can I earn the RM0.50 Daily Bonus?
   If you join the campaign from the first day of the campaign (15 Oct) and meet the balance criteria for every day of the campaign, you can earn for 45 days* which means a total bonuses earning of: RM0.50 x 45 days = RM22.50. *Subject to campaign not hitting cap during campaign period.
   
   
9. When and where do I receive my Daily Bonus?
   RM0.50 will be credited into your MAE Wallet within 7 days from the day you met the end of day Tabung balance of RM500 or more.
   
   
10. How do I know if I have received my Daily Bonus?
    Check your MAE Wallet’s ‘Transaction History’ for the RM0.50 credit
    
    
11. How does the campaign capping work?
    The Campaign has a maximum capping of RM500,000 (or 1 million bonuses) on a first come, first served basis. Once the campaign cap is hit, customers will no longer earn bonuses through this campaign.
    
    As an example, if the Campaign hits cap on the 29th day of campaign:

• Customer A who maintains his end-of-day balance at RM500 on day 27, 28 and 29 of campaign will earn a total of RM1.00
• Customer B who maintains her end-of-day balance at RM500 every day since day 1 of campaign (17 October) will earn a total of RM14 (28 days’ worth of bonuses)
