How to Activate your Card


  1. Log in via www.maybank2u.com.my
  2. Go to your 'Settings'.
  3. Select 'Manage Credit Cards'.
  4. Select the 'More Options Menu' (three dots).
  5. Select 'Activate Card'.
  6. Key in your card details to verify it, then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  7. Request for 'Secure TAC' or 'SMS TAC'.
  8. Click 'Confirm' to complete the changes.

Terms and Conditions


  1. Invited and Eligible Customer(s) are required to activate and meet the qualifying retail spend with the Principal Maybank Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Card(s) stated in the SMS during the Campaign Period and be rewarded with cash back or Treatpoints.
  2. All qualifying retail spend criteria refers to any retail transactions, i.e. local, overseas, online, auto debit, e-wallet reload but not valid for Service Tax, finance charges/management fee, late charges, annual fees, Membership Rewards fee, and/or any other fees/charges.
  3. For Eligible Customers who receive SMS that falls under Campaign Mechanic 1, Eligible Customers who hold credit card(s) with points rewarding system, the TreatsPoints will be rewarded whereas Eligible Customers who hold credit card(s) without points rewarding system, the cash back will be rewarded.
  4. For Eligible Customers who receive SMS that falls under Campaign Mechanic 2, the cash back amount capped at RM30 will be credited to all eligible card types.
  5. Cash back and TreatsPoints (collectively known as “Rewards”) will not be rewarded for Balance Transfer/-i or EzyCash/-i transaction under this Campaign.
