I didn't get the confirmation on a fund transfer I made. What should I do?

Check your transaction history if there is any deduction from your account. You can also view/download the transaction receipt via Maybank2u as follows:

Step 1: Log in via www.maybank2u.com.my

Step 2: Click on the selected account on your 'Account' dashboard.

Step 3: Select ‘M2U Transaction’ on the dropwdown and filter it to ‘Last 30 days’ or ’Last 60 days’.

Step 4: Search for the transaction and click the download button on the right-hand side to download your receipt.
