How do I apply for a new / supplement card?

You can apply online via Maybank2u website or app. Click here to view a list of our available cards that you can apply online today. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest branch.

To add a supplementary card, you may apply via these methods below:

Maybank2u web

1. Log in via www.maybank2u.com.my and click the Cards tab.
2. Click the three dots next to your selected card.
3. Click 'Add Supp. Card'.
4. Fill in the application form and upload any required documents.
5. Submit your application for review, and you'll be notified of your application status soon.

Maybank2u MY app

1. Log in via your M2U MY App.
2. Click on the 3 lines (top left-hand side).
3. Tap 'Apply Online'.
4. Tap 'Apply Supplementary Cards' and complete the online form.

Branch

1. Fill up the Supplementary Card Application Form. You may download it here or get the form from the nearest branch.
2. Once filled up, submit it over the counter.
3. We will call you back to update you on the approval status.
