There's an unrecognised transaction on my transaction history. What should I do?

Kindly call the hotline provided on the back of your card immediately. Inform them of this unrecognised transaction and provide the relevant transaction details. If necessary, you may also block the credit card instantly during the call. Our Customer Care personnel will also advise you on the next steps and how you can request for a replacement card.
