This is a self-help security convenience that enables you (users) to perform M2U Access (ID) deletion via MAE App.Do take note that when you delete your M2U Access, you will no longer be able to use our internet banking features. Your banking accounts will be retained but you will only be able to manage your accounts through ATM/Self-service Terminals or at Branches.

M2U Access deletion is a feature that will provide the option to our customers to perform deletion of their own M2U Access via MAE App. Moreover, this feature also provides customers with greater control over their personal data.
Deleting your Access means that you will
All Maybank customers with an active M2U Access can perform M2U Access deletion. This function is only available on MAE App.
The new feature will be available on MAE App version 0.9.26 onwards
Below are the steps to delete M2U Access:
On MAE App
Your banking accounts will still remain active with Maybank, however you will not be able to access them via Internet Banking Facilities (MAE App, M2U App, M2U Web). If you want to manage your accounts, you will need to utilise ATM/Self-service Terminals or via over-the-counter services at Branches.
Your Tabung will still remain active after M2U Access deletion. You will need to head to a Branch to manage withdrawals/removal. For your convenience, you are advised to conduct a withdrawal/removal from Tabung before performing M2U Access deletion.
After the deletion, you will need to register for a new M2U Access with a new username and password to utilise Internet Banking Facilities again.
You can still register for a M2U Access via M2U Web and MAE App, or head to a Branch for assistance.
