You may access the automated help desk on the Maybank2u website and the MAE app.

Via the Maybank2u website (two ways to access Maybank Chat)

Through the Contact Us page

  1. Visit www.maybank2u.com.my
  2. Select the menu icon at the top right-hand corner
  3. Choose ‘Contact Us’ from the menu options
  4. Click on the ‘Maybank Chat’ icon at the bottom right corner of the page

Through the Register Now page

  1. Visit www.maybank2u.com.my
  2. Click the ‘Register Now’ icon at the top right-hand corner
  3. Click on the ‘Maybank Chat’ icon at the bottom right corner of the page

Via the MAE app

  1. Launch the MAE app
  2. Tap on the ‘Maybank Chat’ icon at the bottom right of the screen before you log in. We will make the feature available for use after login at a later date.

You can reach out to us through social media, email or choose to speak to a live agent.

To speak to a live agent, please follow the steps below:
