I have multiple M2U IDs to access my individual accounts separately. Does the MAE app allow for multiple IDs?

For now, the MAE app only allows for one individual M2U access with one Secure2u registration per device for individual accounts. You are encouraged to consolidate all your online banking access into one M2U ID. Besides being able to view your accounts on a single dashboard, you also get the convenience of having only one ATM card through this consolidation.
