I received an error message with the code 0081. What should I do?

The reject code 0081 indicates invalid amount input. Kindly key in the correct amount without any symbol. For transaction without any cents, kindly key in without decimals, e.g., RM100. Otherwise, key in the decimals accordingly, e.g., RM100.11.

This may be due to your fund transfer limit. Change your transfer limit via Maybank2u website as per the steps below:

1. Log in via www.maybank2u.com.my
2. Click on 'Settings'.
3. Select 'Pay & Transfer'.
4. Select 'Transfer limit'.
5. Choose '3rd Party Transfer'/'Interbank Giro Transfer'/Instant Interbank Transfer'/Foreign Telegraphic Transfer'.
6. Click 'Save Changes'.
7. Request TAC.
8. Click ‘Confirm’ and you're done.
