What should I do if I encounter an error pop-up with the "Unlink" option while using the MAE app?

If you come across an error pop-up with the "Unlink" option in the MAE app, it could be due to one of two scenarios. Here's what to do for each scenario:

Scenario 1:
Taking a longer time to load the app

Follow these steps:

  1. Click "Quit App"
  2. Relaunch the app
  3. If the same error message appears, click "Unlink M2U"
  4. Perform onboarding again

Scenario 2:
Same mobile number is registered on another device

Follow these steps:

  1. Click "Unlink M2U Access"
  2. Perform onboarding again
