How do I authorise my transactions with Secure Verification and how much time do I have to approve a transaction?

Step 1: Once you've selected and requested for a Secure Verification as your mode of authorisation, you will receive a push notification alert on your registered device.

Step 2: Once you’ve received the push notification, tap on it to view your Secure Verification then tap  ‘Approve’.

Step 3: Use your Face ID/Facial Recognition or Fingerprint when prompted to verify within 50 seconds. Once verified, your transaction is approved.

If biometric authentication is not enabled or does not go through, you can still approve using your MAE app PIN (the 6-digit PIN you created when setting up the MAE app).

Tip: To seamlessly authorise your future transactions, make sure you've enabled push notifications for your MAE app.
