What happens if Secure2u is undergoing maintenance? How can I approve my transaction?

You will receive a 6-digit TAC number sent via Push Notification from the MAE app. If you do not receive any Push Notification, please launch the MAE app and tap on the Notification icon on the top right corner of the screen to view your 6-digit TAC number.

Tip: To seamlessly authorise future transactions, make sure you’ve enabled push notifications for your MAE app.
